本產品系列包括鎳離子（Nickel）和鈷離子（Cobalt）兩種金屬離子螯合磁珠。它們在目標蛋白結合量及所得目標蛋白純度上有所差異，一般推薦客戶使用鎳離子螯合磁珠，大多數情況下能滿足客戶對蛋白載量和純度的要求；對純度要求更高的客戶推薦使用鈷離子螯合磁珠。

His-tag Protein Purification磁珠廣泛適用于細菌、酵母、昆蟲和哺乳動物細胞等分泌或胞內表達的可溶性組氨酸標簽蛋白以及變性蛋白的純化。
